The total design approach is modernistic . The bungalow has  4 bedrooms with  spacious living & dining area ,spread  over  4 acres of land.  There is a swimming pool which is integrated as a part of the internal space . A lot of care is given to  the hierarchy of spaces depending on its usage. Some areas are well cordoned off  for privacy where as some are open to make the landscape a part of the internal space.  Natural light  & ventilation are an integral part of the design.  The massing & infusion of planes & solids  gives the
structure its main character.  Along with the pergolas & niches the play of light added more depth to the structure.
