This project involves the development of a high end township with buildings catering to residential, commercial ,institutional, recreational activities. The entire township will be spread over an area of 206 acres. Elite class farmhouses along with other high-rise  residential apartments are proposed.
The township will be equipped with a special feature of recreational activities which will include theme parks, golf course etc, along with polyhouses, orchard gardens and other agricultural activities.
