A  100 acre 5-star resort is designed in an existing dense tree plantation, keeping the vegetation in tact. The project consists of a three star business hotel, time share resorts, 5-star cottages, bird enclosures etc.  The other part of the project is another 107 acres of land near Panvel, proposed for township & new concepts of tourism.
