The project consists of residential bungalows designed for a luxurious lifestyle. The bungalow units are equipped with a private pool and common amenities would be provided in the club house. A lot of care was taken to provide large open spaces and water bodies so that each unit would enjoy the nature and openness around them. The theme of the project was to give the residents a feel of a floating city. The bungalows were designed in 2 styles, the Contemporary & the Classical. The Club House is designed to look like  a floating structure on water.  Total area of site- 30 acres
